Ryan Lower

Ryan is a trial attorney focused on complex civil litigation, representing clients in high-stakes disputes across a range of industries. He advises and advocates for businesses and individuals in matters where financial exposure and litigation risk are significant. This includes contract disputes, business torts, real estate, and other commercial disputes. Ryan has significant experience in representing real estate developers in construction and lien litigation as well as institutional clients in joint replacement, automotive, and other product liability cases. He has also handled ERISA litigation, banking litigation, bad faith insurance claims, legal malpractice cases, and defamation claims.

He represented a large group of real estate investors in a $140 million dispute over 50 acres on the Las Vegas Strip; he defended several high-rise condominium developers in purchase contract litigation involving hundreds of buyers and over $150 million in earnest money deposits; and he represented a seller in an action where a buyer sought to rescind a $150 million asset purchase agreement.

Ryan also has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution. He has represented clients in numerous trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Ryan has handled appeals in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and before the Nevada Supreme Court. He also serves as the Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany for Nevada.

He is valued for his ability to distill complex issues into clear litigation strategies and to position cases for favorable resolution. Whether negotiating early outcomes or preparing for trial, Ryan approaches each matter with precision, focus, and an emphasis on results.

Ryan earned his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Utah State University. He is admitted to practice in Nevada, Utah (inactive), the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Raleigh Thompson

Raleigh is a civil trial attorney representing businesses and individuals in complex, high-exposure disputes. His practice focuses on resolving significant litigation efficiently—whether through early strategic resolution or trial. Clients rely on Raleigh for clear judgment, efficient case management, and strategic advocacy in high stakes matters.

Raleigh handles matters involving a wide range of complex business disputes related to contracts, real estate, commercial leases, construction and lien issues, partnership and entity dissolution, receiverships, trusts, business torts including defamation and fraud, Uniform Commercial Code transactions, shareholder derivative actions, financing, insurance coverage, and non-solicitation and non-compete agreements. He also has extensive experience defending institutional clients against claims of personal injury and product liability. He has represented financial institutions in a variety of cases, including defending lender liability claims, as well as in cases under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. His banking litigation experience includes several cases involving $40+ million secured transactions. He has also defended clients in multiple class action lawsuits, including a case alleging a data breach affecting more than 20 million customers. Raleigh has successfully represented clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as in private arbitrations and mediations.

Raleigh clerked for the Honorable Elizabeth Gonzalez of Eighth Judicial District Court. As a business court law clerk, Raleigh dealt with a broad range of complex business matters and became well-versed on procedural and evidentiary law that he now employs to advocate for clients in court.
